EN -The flight was short and pleasant. Only after one hour and ten minutes we landed in Zurich where it was raining . We didn't have to much time to see the airport because we imediately jumped on the train to Lucerne . Realy cool that the rail station is underneath the airport. The train was awesome, what can I say... Switzerland is very clean, modern and organized. We covered 120 km in only about one hour, and this is a regular train, not an InterCity or something like that. Funny thing happened when the conductor saw Mici's kanji on her hoodie , he said : Stanz Kyokushinkai ?
In Lucerne was raining also but even like this it was very nice and bright. The train station is huge and hundreds of bycicles are parked all over . After walking around for a couple of hours to find a hotel , we finaly lodged at Etap Hotel not far from the train station. Everything is closed during the night, even hotels. We knocked on 5-6 hotel doors until someone finally opened.
2.Lucerne – Kriens
We slept really good , it was a well deserved one after almost 20 hours of being on the road.
After we checked out , we started to tour Lucerne . You need to see it to feel and realise how nice and clean is here everything, how organised and civilized are people. Even at big intersections sometimes there is no stop light at pedestrian crossings, cars just stop and wait for you to cross.
The roads are very good and well marked and another thing we noticed all cars are shinny clean.
We made houndreds of photos , we post only a few here but we will have an album on our website after we go home ( www.panteragym.com ).
Walking downtown Lucerne only by chance we met with Sensei Todd from USA IFKK . We stopped for a capuccino and after that we went to the tournament official check-in place where we met Shihan Eddy and Hanshi Arneil also.
After a quick chat with Hanshi , Shihan Beat ( Kriens Dojo owner ) took us to his dojo where we are going to sleep for the next two nights.
We might not be able to post every day because it's hard to find free wifi here, but we will do our best.
Osu.
